Returns & exchanges

Because every piece is crocheted by hand and made especially for you, each one is a little one-of-a-kind — which makes returns work a bit differently than a mass-made shop.

If something's not right

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll happily repair or replace it.

Change of mind

As made-to-order pieces are crafted just for you, we're generally unable to accept change-of-mind returns. That said — we want you to truly love your piece. If something isn't quite right, message us and we'll always do our best to help.
